Hairy means a lot to me because she’s a dog that lived at the same time as when Petter was a puppy. Petter has helped me look to the future because she is a registered P.A.T. dog – pets as therapy, so wherever I was working, Petter was usually involved.

It’s Hairy in Winscar reservoir and they were the first walks that I took Petter on when she was a puppy. Hairy is a really good swimmer, but Petter doesn’t like deep water. Hairy would go and get the stick, Petter would wade out and take the stick from her mouth and bring the stick back to me.

A.I.M. has given me a goal to help me look to the future and I’ll always have links with it. I want to do more community artwork and recently I’ve heard that some of my very close friends I was at Art College with have all moved to this area, so it’s a just a really amazing time at the moment.
